1. Who We Are

The Wedio Event Confirmations website and platform (hereinafter: the "Website") is operated by Wedio Event Confirmations, CP No. 540349727 of Dizengoff 257, Tel Aviv, phone: 0533469777, email: wediolive@gmail.com (hereinafter: the "Company"). The Website is a technological platform for event management, RSVPs, digital invitations, digital albums and gift charging.

2. Information Security

The website is secured according to industry-accepted standards, including the use of the SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) protocol for information encryption. The Company implements strict controls and procedures to protect your information and that of your guests. The systems sit on secure cloud computing (such as AWS or Google Cloud) that meet the strictest security standards.

3. Information Collection - Types of Information

We collect two types of information:

  • Personal Information: Information that personally identifies you, such as full name, phone number, email address, and event details provided by you voluntarily upon registration.

  • Non-Personal Information: Anonymous and technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, time spent on the site, and Cookies data.

4. Guest Lists and Invitations

When using the service, you upload lists to the system that include the names and phone numbers of your guests (hereinafter: the "Guest Information").

  • Ownership of Information: It is clarified that the Guest Information is your sole property.

  • Use of Information: The Company will use the Guest Information solely for the purpose of providing the ordered services (sending invitations, RSVPs, links to the digital album and accommodation arrangements). The Company will not sell, trade or transfer your guests' details to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Digital Album Service and Facial Recognition

To the extent that you use the digital album service that allows finding photos by face:

  • The users and guests who upload photos give their consent to processing the image for identification purposes.

  • The Company uses technology that converts faces into an anonymous numerical vector.

  • Data deletion: Facial recognition data is automatically deleted from servers within 30 days of the end of the event, unless requested otherwise.

6. Transfer of Information to Third Parties

The Company will not transfer personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • To external suppliers who assist in operations (such as SMS/WhatsApp sending providers, charging companies such as Payme/Hyp, and server providers).

  • In the event of denial of a transaction or clarification with the credit card company regarding a gift given.

  • By virtue of a court order or a request from a competent authority.

  • As part of a structural change of the Company (merger or acquisition), provided that the acquiring entity accepts this privacy policy.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website uses cookies for its routine operation, information security, and statistical (Google Analytics) and marketing (Facebook Pixel) data collection. Cookies help us tailor the website to your needs. Use of cookies can be blocked through browser settings, but this may impair some of the website's services.

8. Direct Mailing and Marketing

Upon registration, you agree to receive operational messages from the Company (such as RSVP statuses) as well as marketing messages and updates. You may cancel consent to receive marketing content at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or contacting the Company's email. It is clarified that operational messages related to event management will be sent even without marketing consent.

9. Your Rights to Review and Correct Information

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information about you held in our databases. If the information is incorrect or outdated, you may request its correction or deletion by contacting: wediolive@gmail.com. We will handle your request within 7 business days.

10. Updates to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to change this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon their publication. Continued use of the website constitutes consent to the updated policy.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

This policy will be subject only to the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
